In an environment marked by the digitalization of exchanges, the practicing lawyers of Douala members of the association (AJUPRAD) have created a digital platform for discussions on practical legal issues.
To this end, the months of March to November 2022 hosted a digital colloquium on the said platform around themes as diverse as they are varied touching both substantive law and processual law.
We humbly thought that the proceedings of this virtual symposium could be of some use to the general public. It is with this in mind that we have decided to make these virtual exchanges available to you.
The proceedings of this colloquium, which we have the great pleasure of publishing, are in fact practical responses to the themes discussed, so that the emphasis has been placed less on the formal requirements prescribed for doctrinal articles than on the freedom of the contributors as to form.
As this is the first publication of this association, we ask the readers to receive it with great indulgence and especially with the hope that the best is yet to come.
