The Ministry of Higher Education committed itself to communicate to the Bar the list of the faculties of the approved universities, authorized to train and deliver law degrees. A multi-sectoral mission in charge of periodic field visits to universities will be set up to, on the one hand, evaluate the implementation of policies in general and, on the other hand, assess the recommendations relating to the availability of diplomas.
