Me Fouegoum Adeline and Councillor Tamo David in charge of International Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>A minute of silence was observed in memory of Me ZANGUE Martin before the playing of the national anthem and the welcome speech of the Dean of the Eastern Region.<\/p>\n<p>The Representative of the Bar President then opened the proceedings, the agenda of which included: exchanges on the professional practice of the lawyer in the Eastern Region: difficulties encountered and good practices; and exchanges on the ethical obligations of lawyers.
