The Bar Secretary hereby informs all Lawyers and Advocates in Training (AITs) of the Cameroon Bar Association that the upcoming Training of AITs scheduled for 27 and 28 February 2026 will be held under the theme:
“Cassation in OHADA Law: From Appeal to Judgment”
The training will take place in two complementary stages:
First stage (online): Friday, 27 February 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., via Microsoft Teams;
Second stage (in person): Saturday, 28 February 2026, in all cities where AIT trainings are customarily held.
Attendance is compulsory for all Advocates in Training in Cameroon. Lawyers are also welcome to attend.
All concerned are requested to make the necessary arrangements to ensure they are able to connect via Microsoft Teams.

Practical Arrangements for Participation
To ensure the smooth conduct of the online session, participants are kindly requested to comply with the following guidelines:
Session access: The meeting room will open at 2:45 p.m. Participants are encouraged to click on the link at least 15 minutes before 3:00 p.m. to facilitate admission and avoid delays.
Participants who do not yet have the Microsoft Teams application are requested to download it in advance via the Play Store or App Store, or alternatively use the web version through a compatible browser (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge).
During the session, questions may be submitted via the chat or through the dedicated Questions & Answers (Q&A) tab.
Participants’ microphones will be muted by default to ensure the quality and smooth running of the session.
Kindly ensure that you log in using your full name.
An attendance list will be finalised at the end of the session.
