A memorandum of the Bar submitted to the Director General of Taxes
Within the framework of the consultations organized by the Director General of Taxes (DGT) with the actors of the private sector, the Bar President, Me MBAH Eric MBAH, met with Mr. Modeste MOPA FATOING, on Friday 16 September 2022, in Douala.
The President of the Bar, who was accompanied on this occasion by the Secretary of the Bar, Me Anne Yolande NGO MINYOGOG, his Representative in the Littoral, Me Gabriel KONTCHOU, and lawyers experts in taxation, Mr Luc Magloire DJOCK and Herman SINGHUMU, handed over to the DGI a memorandum containing the concerns and proposals of the Bar relating to the amendment of the Tax Law.
